Tom Slater Film Idea #1 ( Genre: Comedic crime)
A Man wakes up In bed laying next to someone, An alarm rings, its 7:30 AM.
The man wakes up and looks around the room with dazed eyes, He glances over at the bed and see's a woman.
He picks up his pillow and throws it at her, he says "You still here woman?, Get outta 'ere".
(The Scene then fades to black.)
The next scene opens up with the man in front of a mirror in his pants, He puts on jeans and pulls them up (The actors name comes up on screen then fades away).
He then threads his belt through his trouser loops (another actors name comes up then fades away).
He then puts on a shirt (actors name comes up then fades).
He then tucks his short into his trousers (actors name comes up then fades).
He then plays and flattens out his 70's style moustache (actors name comes up then fades).
He then rubs his eyes (actors name comes up then fades).
The combs his hair (actors name comes up then fades).
The man then walks out a door and stubs his toe he says "Insert a chosen profanity here" (actors name comes up then fades).
(Scene fades to black)
man and his friends then go on a trip to Vegas.
The guys do gambling and get into major debt
This leads them into selling drugs to try and get by whilst evading the cops and the gang that they are in debt to.
Things happen, that get them almost in trouble with the law, the gang and police are now after them.
They now enter a chase scene away from the gang and land a pier
(Fades to Black)
The next scene opens up with the police department in front of a cork board with many peoples faces on and evidence everywhere, strewn on desks and all over the cork board. Red string is linking photos against the board in typical detective crime fashion.
two detectives are arguing over models in a book and then their superior officer walks in and they comedically throw the magazine away and it hits a fellow officer.
Superior officer asks them, what on gods earth are you doin'.
this then develops out to them finding out that the main characters are going to try and escape the police, they then get news that they have been spotted out heading towards a pier in a high speed race.
Superior officer the says: Get 'cho mother fuckin' asses out there go go go!!!
This then cut back to the guys at the edge of the pier and many helicopter lights flashing in the background and then focus' onto them they then realise the main cast are surrounded by a mob gang
Mob gang and police have a comedic war with guns and other weaponry and many people dying and then eventually the gang gets arrested.
The main cast then find motor bikes and before being arrested hop on bikes and leg it. this then fades to a detective reading a article about wanted criminals went missing (our main cast) and has a picture of the main actors face.
this image then transitions onto the actors face but he's driving a motorbike on an empty highway with his friends.
The scene continues to be shown in many shots whilst Vietnam feeling By Credence Clearwater plays in the background.
(NOTES: I do not know if I can play the chosen song due to copyright but I will try to find a song that fits. Something very American style. something that Screams FREEDOM!!)
